Đề bài bao gồm 5 ý:
- Introduce the protection of intellectual property rights in emerging markets and use clear definitions to explain the academic and business relevance to the international business environment.
- Identify theories of the protection of intellectual property rights in emerging markets through a maximum of two/three specific examples.
- Explain what went well and/or wrong, from the perspective of international business practice, in the chosen examples.
- Who or what is responsible? Evaluate the conduct of significant players.
- Make recommendations as to the development of appropriate corporate, institutional, political or societal responses and identify the preventive measures that a business needs to take to avoid serious legal or risk problems in the future.
